I did not receive my account information

Once your order is paid in full our system will automatically email your account information. Account is activated immediately after your payment is cleared. However, if you did not recieve your account details after payment here are some suggestions on how to gain access your account:

1. We suggest you check your email in your junk/all-mail/spam. May have ended up there. 
2. Not still in your email? Please ensure you are logged into your account with your active service on our website at https://mobara.tv/billing and navigate to: "Your account" => "Email history" => "Your IPTV account details" or click this link directly https://mobara.tv/billing/clientarea.php and under the title "Your IPTV account details" you will find your details.
3. Ensure you are not mixing up the "i" and "L" as they are lower-case or capital that may cause issue in your password issue.
