Purchase Terms and Refund Policy

Refund policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

A few conditions:

We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please open contact us before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days no refunds can be processed.

If you paid using credit cards the Refunds are generally processed and funds returned to the debit card on the customer’s bank account within 20 business days.However, there are cases in which a refund takes longer to process may up to 90 day.

 


  • You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on Mobara.tv —for any reason. Maybe your Internet doesn’t meet the requirements; maybe your device broken;
  • It doesn’t matter. Mobara TV will, upon request via support[AT] Mobara.tv, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 7 days of purchase, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look.
  • You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a 24h of approval. You will receive the refund in your bank or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

 

we will refund completely only purchases which has been done in less than 7-days.All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 7 days before the refund request) will be returned partially according to used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.

Note: Refund usually takes 20~90 work days to take place and it’s not in our hand to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.

We will not be able to make any refunds (or make partial refund) if:

Customer didn’t satisfied/like the Channel line-up or performance. We suggest every customer to go for Trial before buying Subscriptions.
Customer is unable to set-up their own box at their end. We will provide our support to setup their boxes, however, because we do not know about the circumstances with the box, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations.
If some channels are freezing or not working. Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or doesn’t work due to various reasons.

However, most of the times, these issues are temporary and caused by below reasons:
Customer internet fluctuations
Issue with the box
Your ISP Has issue
Channel is down from server end
Customer change his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers. Customer can still subscribe to other servers by purchasing new subscription.

In case user/customer not able to setup IPTV service on any of the devices within 1 days of activation, we will refund 100% of their subscription purchase price.

  • subscribeiptv makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of subscribeiptv personal injury as a result of the negligence of subscribeiptv or that of its employees or agents.


 

Private Home Viewing Only

subscribeiptv provides services to you solely for viewing, use and enjoyment in your private home. You agree that no services provided to you will be used or viewed in areas open to the public, commercial establishments or other residential locations.
Services may not be rebroadcast or performed, and admission may not be charged for listening to, using or viewing any services.
If your services are used or viewed in an area open to the public, a commercial establishment or another residential location, we may disconnect your services with no refund.
 

Programming Restrictions. Certain services, including without limitation, some subscription services, sporting events and broadcast network Services, may be blacked out in your viewing area.
 

Minimum Programming Levels.subscribeiptv reserves the right to require and/or change minimum programming requirements at any time. For example BAN/REMOVE/CHANGE , and without limitation, subscribeiptv may require a minimum commitment term..
 

Payment Information:.subscribeiptv will share your Payment Information with banks relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. In addition, subscribeiptv may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, in the process of such determination, subscribeiptv may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. While subscribeiptv has in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or misuse. subscribeiptv shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of Payment Information, including credit card information.
 

Payments and Billing

  • Rates and Prices. You acknowledge that the nature of the service furnished and the rates and charges have been communicated to you. You are aware that subscribeiptv reserves the right to change the rates and charges specified in "Other Fees".
     
  • Payments. You agree to pay subscribeiptv at the time you order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, with the exceptions outlined in the section below, even if your services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the term of service. subscribeiptv expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its website.
     
  • Refunds. We don’t offer refund you can buy one month for testing purpose before you buy.
    We do not accept Refund for Any Issue can come in Future with Device Breakdown,Internet connections bad or some of channels Stop Working
    We can change or delete some channels if its not stable .
    We can not promise all channels are working properly due to your Internet speed and other tech issue.
    However, Customer may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date upon written notice or email to info@mobara.sx and before the real setup and / or configuration of his server

 

  • Ban Rules POLICY.

    for improve the server quality .we have active the Anti-Restreaming pregame on the server it will automatic blocked the subscription when it occurs
    1.the signal customer enter the same user name more than one client
    2.when a client logs on the user name on the two device on the same ip automatic ban
    3.if the clients has the username of more than one network different internet will ban automatic
    4.when smarttv clients or vlc used at the same time on android ban automatic
    5.if you try it on the server or OVH server ban automatic
    6.if the reseller sell the subscription twice for customer ban automatic
    7.when customer login two device but not on same time is allow
    8-Using firewall, proxy or VPN.
