This tutorial will guide you through the simple setup instruction for MAG Box.
- In order to activate your device we need you to provide us with MAC address of your MAG Box.
- Where to Find the ‘MAC address’?
MAG Box Setup Instructions:
1. Go to ‘Menu’ – ‘Settings’ – ‘System Settings’.
2. ‘Servers’ – ‘Portals’ – ‘Set Portal 1’ (Check your activation e-mail) – ‘Reboot Portal’.
3. After ‘Uploading…’ choose ‘Reboot device’.
4. Wait until the TV Screen shows ‘Channel’.
5. Press ‘1’ button and ‘OK’ to confirm on remote controller if the channel lists are empty.
Troubleshooting MAG Box
If you have any problems viewing the Channels please follow this recommended fix:
Restart your MAG Box and Wi-Fi Router.
